Throughout our plight to change the outcomes for foster care alumni, we have found that we often have to get to the root and that is family dynamics. It is always better to be proactive as opposed to reactive when it comes to affecting the lives of others. We provide highly qualified trainers to facilitate workshops and gauge behavioral changes.

Our family development courses have  incorporated both Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) methods, along with a comprehensive approach to care with the use of group and individual case management to support our families. This approach has been integral in helping families become less at-risk for a host of problems that can afflict them. We are also very well equipped to provide resources and perform research around the needs of the clients served.
